Support

TracePlanes is built and supported by Reckoned Force, LLC. Write to support@traceplanes.com and a person will answer, usually within two business days. Please include the email address on your account and, for a problem in the app, your phone model and app version.

Sign-in

The sign-in code does not arrive. Check your spam folder and wait a minute, then request a new code. Codes expire after five minutes, and only the newest one works. You can also continue with Google or Apple.

Subscriptions

Web subscription: sign in at traceplanes.com, press Account, then Manage subscription to change plan, update your card or cancel. Bought through Apple or Google: manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. The live map, Sky view and 3D stay free whenever a plan ends.

Aircraft data

A plane is missing, late or wrong. Positions come from community ADS-B receivers and can be delayed or incomplete, especially far from a receiver, at low altitude, or for aircraft that do not broadcast. Coverage varies by region. Photos come from Planespotters.net. To report a wrong record, email us the registration or flight and the time.

TracePlanes is for interest and enjoyment. Do not use it for navigation or safety-of-flight decisions.
